Al-Amin Academy treats student, parent, and teacher records as private. We collect only what is needed to place a student, run classes, take attendance, mark work, and receive payment.
We do not sell personal information. Certificate verification, when issued, shows only the student name, programme, and dates the academy intends to make public — never email, phone, or invoices.
A parent sees only students they are explicitly linked to. A teacher sees only students assigned to them. Administrative access is limited and recorded.
This notice will be completed with a lawful basis, retention periods, and a contact for data requests before the academy processes live payments. Until then, applications are held in the applicant’s browser only.
